Tracy Pell

Tracy Pell , Marketing Director for Beauty Systems Group, a division of Sally Beauty Holding. Ms. Pell has worked with the company for over 12 years to develop the brand, and its many communication channels. Ms. Pell was a key team member in the launch of the company's e-commerce site and developed and launched the company's social media strategy. In addition she was a key player in the development of CRM programs that have been highly successful in driving customer retention and in-store sales.

Previous to this, Ms Pell held various positions with RR Donnelley, and Bowne.
